TESIM is growing its commercial electrical business and building its data-center and mission-critical pipeline across Texas. Electrical construction experience is not required. We value dependable people who communicate clearly, learn quickly, and take pride in accurate work. What You’ll Do Upload, name, organize, and distribute project documents using established procedures. Maintain logs for drawings, revisions, submittals, RFIs, and closeout materials. Check documents for completeness and route them to the correct team members. Archive superseded and final records while protecting confidential information. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. 0–2 years of office, records, data-entry, or administrative experience. Strong file organization and attention to detail. Basic PDF, email, Word, and Excel skills; training will be provided.
