DOCUMENT CONTROL CLERK

Location: Corona, CA
Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule 7AM-4PM

$20-$23

Position Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Clerk to maintain and manage manufacturing, engineering, and quality documentation. This position will ensure documents are accurate, properly controlled, organized, and readily accessible to authorized personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain controlled documents, records, drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
• Enter, update, scan, file, and distribute documents.
• Track document revisions and ensure current versions are available.
• Support Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams with document retrieval and recordkeeping.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and document requests.
• Follow company procedures for document control, confidentiality, and record retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Quality, or a related field required.
• 1+ year of administrative, document control, manufacturing, or records-management experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong data-entry and recordkeeping skills.
• Manufacturing or aerospace experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
