Responsible for ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, the full-time Food Safety Supervisor will manage quality programs, supervise quality crew members, and conduct facility audits during the night shift. Key responsibilities: Support implementation and administration of quality programs, ensuring compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and other standards Supervise and direct quality crew members, managing payroll, work assignments, and performance evaluations Conduct facility audits and walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, compliance, and adherence to sanitation procedures Required qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality and Manufacturing Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety regulations HACCP certification and PCQI certification preferred Understanding of quality testing in the food manufacturing industry Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office applications
