Rfc Order SelectorWe are looking for RFC Order Selectors for one of our Vancouver, WA distribution centers who are interested in learning at new trade! We are looking for people that have a good attitude, are able bodied, quick learners, and good (perfect) attendance will be a must.No experience needed! Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job!(Multiple Openings!)Day 1st shift - Monday - Friday (5:00am - 1:30pm)Day 2nd shift - Wednesday - Saturday (4:00am - 2:30pm)Swing 1st shift - Monday - Friday (2:30pm - 11:00pm)Swing 2nd shift - Wednesday - Saturday (2:30pm - 1:00am)Pay: $19/hr, with mandatory OT shiftsResponsibilities Include• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization• Report any discrepancies• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust, and mop as required• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times• Wear the proper safety equipmentPhysical Demands And Abilities• Regularly required to use hands and arms for grabbing, pulling, pushing• Reach and/or lift materials above head• Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl• Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance• Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focusAssociate BenefitsWhile working for Express, our associates can also become eligible for a variety of benefits:Referral bonusesMedical planDental planVision/eyewear planPrescription drug reimbursementShort-term disabilityDirect depositSick Pay401(k) retirement savings planLife insuranceApply by sending your resume to staffing.vancouverwa@expresspros.com
