This role supports daily personal routines, hands-on assistance, and peace of mind for the family during daytime hours. Key Responsibilities Mobility & Safety: Provide physical stability and steady guidance during transfers, walking, and daily movement. Meal Prep & Feeding: Assist with soft/mushy diet preparation and safe eating support. Medication Prompting: Assist with daily medication administration (e.g., given with applesauce). Hydration & Monitoring: Offer close supervision during liquid intake to ensure safety and prevent coughing or aspiration.
